Terms and Conditions

  • 1 .   Introduction

    By accessing or playing SkyFleet Dash, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement (EULA). Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your account without refund, and all unused game access time, in-game assets, or NFTs may be forfeited.

  • 2 .   Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to play SkyFleet Dash. If you are between 13 and 18, you may play only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of any personal information provided during registration.

  • 3 .   Code of Conduct

    • 3.1 .   Respectful Behavior

      Players must refrain from engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior towards other players or SkyFleet Dash representatives. This includes, but is not limited to:

      • Verbal abuse (e.g., racist, sexist, or offensive language).
      • Filing false reports or exploiting game mechanics for personal gain.
      • Engaging in or promoting hate groups or discriminatory ideologies.

    • 3.2 .   Fair

      Players are prohibited from using hacks, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage. You may not abuse bugs or report them publicly. Any found issues should be submitted through our official bug-reporting tools.

    • 3.3 .   Role-playing Restrictions

      While SkyFleet Dash encourages role-playing, it must not be used as an excuse for disruptive or anti-social behavior. All role-playing must comply with the game's community standards.

  • 4 .   NFTs and In-Game Assets

    • 4.1 .   Ownership of NFTs

      Players may earn or purchase NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) within SkyFleet Dash. By purchasing NFTs:

      • You acknowledge that SkyFleet Dash facilitates NFT ownership within the game, but the value of these NFTs is subject to market fluctuations and does not guarantee any financial return.
      • SkyFleet Dash does not bear responsibility for loss or depreciation of in-game assets.

    • 4.2 .   NFT Transactions

      • NFTs must be transacted only through authorized in-game marketplaces or blockchain systems integrated into SkyFleet Dash.
      • Players are prohibited from trading, selling, or advertising NFTs outside of these authorized platforms unless explicitly permitted.

  • 5 .   Prohibited Activities

    • 5.1 .   Unauthorized Commercial Activity:

      You may not use SkyFleet Dash to advertise or promote non-game-related services or goods.

    • 5.2 .   Piracy and Illegal Content:

      Uploading or distributing illegal content, software, or copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

    • 5.3 .   Impersonation:

      You may not impersonate other players, SkyFleet Dash staff, or NPC entities.

  • 6 .   Privacy and Data Usage

    SkyFleet Dash will collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously and will not share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. However, your information may be shared with law enforcement in cases of harassment or illegal activities.

  • 7 .   Termination of Account

    SkyFleet Dash reserves the right to temporarily or permanently ban users who violate these terms without prior notice or refund. We may also revoke any in-game assets, including NFTs, if it is determined that they were obtained through unfair means.

  • 8 .   Game Changes and Updates

    SkyFleet Dash may introduce changes to gameplay, features, or the in-game economy to maintain game balance and performance. These changes may affect your in-game assets and progression. SkyFleet Dash holds the right to reset in-game items or characters to ensure fairness, and players acknowledge that this may occur without compensation.

  • 9 .   Blockchain and Cryptocurrency

    Players acknowledge that SkyFleet Dash integrates blockchain technology, which involves certain risks, such as market volatility and potential loss of value. The game is not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency or NFTs due to third-party system failures or blockchain issues.

  • 10 .   Legal Compliance

    You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of SkyFleet Dash.

  • 11 .   Limitation of Liability

    SkyFleet Dash is not responsible for any damages, including financial losses, arising from the use or inability to use the game, its features, or its NFTs. Any claims related to these terms must be brought forward within one year of the incident.

  • 12 .   Amendments

    These terms may be updated periodically. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. By playing SkyFleet Dash, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violating any of these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to, temporary bans, permanent account termination, and the loss of in-game assets, including NFTs, without refund.
